very helpful advice and understanding

I have been having to navigate the waters of letting on behalf of my mother, and have no idea what I am doing! All the Charters staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and understanding of my situation, and Kirsty has been extremely helpful to me in advising how to deal with slightly tricky end of tenancy issues. She was always reassuring and I felt absolutely confident that she knew how to handle the process and give me sound advice, always happy to look over emails I needed to send etc. I can't recommend her highly enough!
